7 Days to Return Your Adapt Nappy Bag

We're so confident you'll love The Adapt that we'll ship it out, let you test it out and you can send it back no questions asked if it's not right for you.

 Full T&Cs

1. Purchase The Adapt Nappy Bag in the colour of your choice.
2. If you do not wish to keep The Adapt within 7 days please repack it and any un-used accessories as they came (in the cotton cover bag).
3. Message on Instagram or Facebook to receive your returns form.
4. Send back within 7 days to the address on the form (customer to cover postage costs). 

We'll notify you once your return has been accepted and refunded (to your original payment method) within 14 days of arrival at our Northern Beaches studio.

Exchanges

Not sure if you got the right colour and would like to swap it over for another one? No problem! Just go through the same steps as above and choose store credit on this form. 

Shipping: 

Refund will be for the original purchase price of the bag and any accompanying accessories. Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 

*Please make sure your Adapt Nappy Bag or Caddy and any accessories are returned in original condition.

'Original condition' means no signs of use or damage and the product has been re-packed how it arrived (i.e.: all accessories inside the bag and the bag inside the cotton cover bag before putting it back into its original box- this is to ensure no damage during transport). If you have recycled the original box, please DO NOT fold the bag over to fit it in a smaller postage bag, this damages the bag and we will therefore not be able to refund your bag.

Bags and accessories that are not deemed to be in original condition cannot be accepted for a full refund.
