Really stunning bag, just small areas that could be improved on

Love the look of the bag, but some issues things prevent it from being perfect.

First although in the product video it looks like the backpack strap can be used as an over-shoulder bag without rethreading, in reality it doesn't work since the bag isn't fully supported at the top. Whereas the handle system on the Arch brand bags makes it actually balanced and functional whichever way you wear it.

Also, the 2 front zips, while they look like they should be expanding pockets, are purely decorative, and the bag rarely stays shut if only using the magnetic buckle so it always needs to be zipped or the insides can fall out.
