Great bag, poor quality handles

Beautiful bag with great ideas/features behind it, however the quality on mine was lacking as the finishing along the seam of the main handles of mine came away after less than 2 months and now after 6 months of use the main handles are about to snap/tear away. Tried to contact Audrey and Me across Insta, Facebook and email about it when it first started to deteriorate and heard nothing back :/ Shame for such a beautiful bag!

A great bag, love the versatility of it, would just love the back pack strap to be a bit longer

Bag is a great size with compartments. However the shoulder straps are not practical. You need to make the straps even before wearing which makes it difficult to quickly put the bag on.
