Do you guys believe in making New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them? It's hard, especially with kids! How do you make resolutions that don't JUST revolve around the children?
I’ve been thinking a lot about my goals for 2020 and this year I’m going to share them with you guys to help keep me accountable! I think that's the key: accountability. Sure some (super) mums are able to have the inner strength to just go it alone but for me I need a little bit of support. Actually typing them out helps a LOT. So here we go!⠀
1) I’m going to post more on IG and here on my blog. Not just that though, I’m also going to be looking to make more connections!⠀
2) I’m going to keep going with my road back to fitness, but this year I’m going to really focus in on my nutrition as well!⠀
3) I’m going to make more time for my family. I’ve become a little bit of a workaholic and I really do believe it’s super important to set an example and show my kids how important a good work ethic is… but I also just want to spend more time with them this year!⠀
I have a few more days to really think about it, but that’s where I’m at for now!⠀
