I don’t purchase bibs anywhere else, their quality is next above and beyond
We are so happy with the quality of our custom pram liner. Because the liner is custom it took a few weeks to make. This was so clearly communicated by the team at Audrey and Me, telling us when our order was about to ship and was nearly done. When it arrived I am so happy with the softness and quality for our little one, and it fits to absolute perfection in our pram. Will definitely purchase from them again if we were ever to get a new pram.
My pram liner is too short for the pram model specified. I understand that these things happen but I’ve been really disappointed that no one has responded to my multiple emails about this. As a repeat customer I know the quality is beautiful and warrants the premium price, but the customer service has been non-existent and I won’t be ordering again.

This pram caddy has been a life saver when I’m in a rush to get to an appointment and I forget the nappy bag I can always rely that my caddy has what I need! Even stocked with moisturer and lip balm for those extra essentials 😍 always there when I need my coffee also!!!
LOVE our liner! So beautifully made, the fabrics are lovely & soft (very comfortable for our baby) & it fits our Vista V2 perfectly. Also love that it’s made double sided so I didn’t have to choose between 2 fabrics I loved. Have received several compliments already! Communication was great throughout the process so I knew exactly when to expect it. The Sage Gingham colour looks perfect with the Vista “Gwen” colour of our pram.
I’m actually blown away at how good these bibs are. My little one is drooling like mad and they soak so much of it up and it doesn’t go through to his shirt leaving him soaking wet. The best bibs I have ever bought and they look super cute too!
Products have a really strong smell so I can't use them. I've tried airing them outdoors for a few weeks but it won't go
Not long ago I ordered a pram liner. Whilst the materials themselves are obviously good quality the fit is just terrible- way too small. I tried to personally take this up via email and then again after weeks of not hearing anything another email. But I have not heard back. I really dislike giving bad reviews but what else do you do when your product is unsatisfactory and you’ve given the company multiple chances to get back to you. I would not be recommending Audrey and Me for any future purchases.
I received my pram liner after waiting 5 weeks for it and it looked great. Unfortunately one of the holes was too small for the harness to fit through. I tried contacting them multiple times through Facebook and instagram with no response at all. Very disappointed in their customer service, I had to find a local seamstress to fix it for me which cost an additional $35.
I am so happy with my new nappy bag and pram caddie with matching accessories (change mat, dummy case and wipes holders) and am in love!! The bag can be a side carry bag, chucked on above a suitcase and feels secure, or worn as a backpack, and i love the big zip opening for safety and flap for when i can t be bothered zipping her up!! The pram caddie bag is a game changer as i use it every day as my regular handbag and it fits easily on the pram for walking the dogs, shopping, out and about, and has heaps of room for all my baby bottle, water bottle, wipes, nappies, change mat, dummy holder, purse, keys, phone and more!! Flicking it on and off is so easy from car, to house, to pram and it comes everywhere with me!! And the additional accessories (change mat, wipes holder, dummy holder) are such great quality and such a perfect size for each bag, comfortable, practical and hold the perfect amount. The dummy holder even fits the clip part to attach to the clothes to prevent losing it and when you put the dummy holder back in either bag it attaches to a clip so you never have to rummage to the base of your bag to find it quickly again! They are so stylish, convenient and great quality that i am so in love i bought a second set in another colour so i can alternate between the two!! Im very happy and love them all!!!
I highly recommend the Audrey and Me pram liner. I ordered mine in the sage linen and the speckled cream linen and the fabric is so soft. Bub loves sleeping in it, he generally runs hot so it’s the perfect liner for him. It’s also great for those cooler days keeping him cosy. The quality make on the liner is unmatched by any others and absolutely worth getting the custom make so it fits the pram. I have received so many comment on where I got it from. One of the best purchases I’ve made as a new mum.
Super handy and makes buying wipes much cheaper to buy and have handy in many places

I got missing strip belt and I have tried to reach them and I got no responsed till now bad experience
I pre ordered this pram liner, waited a month for it to arrive and had it for FOUR days before it was covered in lint bubbles, like I had it for a year and washed it 5 times but I had only used it three times and never washed it. I couldn’t believe it after spending so much money, I’m not normally one to complain but super disappointed for the amount of money I spent- I have emailed the company and have no had a reply.
One side of the pillow larger than the other which I'm surprised passed quality checks for a handmade item. I would give it more stars if I got a response from customer service but nobody from the team bothered to replied to DMs and comments sent on Instagram about the fault - even though that's their preferred method of contact. Disappointed & likely won't be buying from here again.

Exactly what I was looking for! The straps and pulls fit perfectly into the holes and it was just so much easier than flipping my kmart liner up every time I collapsed the pram. Cute fabric and well made too! Thanks x
