For the double thickness option we add a layer of Regal blend wadding.
We have made every effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible. Fabric colours may vary slightly due to photography and lighting.
Machine wash on warm gentle cycle. When wet, pull tight back into shape and line dry. Then tumble dry low from damp to fluff up inner if needed.
After placing an order in March for an "April pre-order" and not receiving anything all of April, I jumped back online to see what was going on. The style I wanted now said "May preorder". I contacted A&M to clarify, they advised that they didn't have the fabric yet and that the pre-order dates are just a "guess". They offered me to choose another style or wait another two weeks for the fabric. I opted to wait two more weeks (as I had already waited for over a month, what's two more weeks right?) Yet another month later (end of June now), I go back on the website to see the fabric I had selected was now "pre-order June" I contacted them again stating that I wanted an ETA on the item and that if it wasn't coming soon I'd like a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. Within 24 hours they had emailed saying that the fabric had arrived and had been cut, but that they had no idea when it would even be ready. I replied stating that I had waited months and wanted a refund, but that if my item was already in progress I would like to be prioritised and my item shipped to me by express. When the item eventually arrived at the end of June, the holes where the straps go through were constructed so poorly that there was a section where the sitches had fully come apart and the internal wadding was coming out. I contacted A&M again knowing that they would not honour a refund, and I certainly wasn't going to wait another three months for a replacement, so I requested a partial refund so that I could at least take it somewhere to be repaired. I never heard from them. Really poor customer service, poor communication, poor turnaround time and poor quality product in the end. Such a disappointment as I have purchased a pram liner in the past and didn't have these issues. I understand that this is a family business and I'm all for supporting that - however until they iron out these issues and provide some accountability and transparency in their turnaround time, I won't be shopping here again and I'll certainly be steering all my mum friends away too.

I’m so happy with this pram liner! The Sage Gingham print is gorgeous, and the quality is amazing, super soft and well-padded, making the pram much comfier for my little one. It fits perfectly and stays in place, plus it’s easy to clean (a must with kids!). Such a great buy, I’ll definitely be back for more products from Audrey and Me!
Although my order was pre-order and I didn’t realize it was so worth the wait. The liner was made beautifully you can tell that they are made with love by their attention to detail.I love it so much and matched our pram perfectly.
LOVE our liner! So beautifully made, the fabrics are lovely & soft (very comfortable for our baby) & it fits our Vista V2 perfectly. Also love that it’s made double sided so I didn’t have to choose between 2 fabrics I loved. Have received several compliments already! Communication was great throughout the process so I knew exactly when to expect it. The Sage Gingham colour looks perfect with the Vista “Gwen” colour of our pram.
