Personalised Organic Cotton Knit Blanket - Various Colour Options

I ordered two custom-made blankets from this store and paid AUD 200 plus. At first, their replies were super fast — within an hour or two. But after I placed the order, everything changed. The website said it would take about two weeks to make, but three weeks passed with no updates. I emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram — no one replied. After almost two more weeks, someone finally told me their machine was broken and promised to ship within one or two weeks with a small gift as an apology. Weeks passed again — no updates, no communication. After almost two and a half months, I finally received the blankets — but no “apology gift” as promised. Overall, terrible communication and a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

This was the second blanket , the first was a love sage colour then after my grandson was born I wanted one with his name on it . It is just as lovely my daughter loved both the personalised one will always be a keep sake now also . Great quality , beautiful colour , so soft and washes beautifully.

Got one for my newest addition and a for friend who had a baby around the same time! Amazing quality, perfect thickness for north queensland weather and super quick turn around for something personalised!! Would definitely purchase again.
