Appalling company!

I purchased a pram liner, bar and straps covers and was sent the incorrect order. I was advised my order would be remade immediately and I offered to return the incorrect items. I have returned the items which have been delivered to your company and I am now not receiving any response to my messages about my correct order. This has been going on for at least 5 weeks and I’ve sent numerous messages (while you are still posting on Instagram (and posting other peoples messages to your stories). I have now paid for a product I don’t have plus return postage! Your business is appalling - the fact you’re comfortable taking money off a parent and not supplying the product is disgusting.
