Disappointed with the customer service. The clips were meant to be included with the caddy and due to no response I had to order them separately and pay for shipping etc again. Whilst the product itself does as described, I ended up being out of pocket or not being able to use the caddy for its intended purpose. Nil response to my queries. I then looked up reviews and was surprised I even received my order at all - thankful for that atleast
