We purchased the charcoal linen liner with a reverse liner which I chose a black and white spot fabric that was advertised on the website. When the product arrived the reverse material was a brown leopard print material. Not a huge issue and was not looking for any compensation, rather just an explanation as to why the product was different to what I had ordered. Attempted communication through email and social media pages several times with no response on any platform which is quite disappointing. Product itself is fantastic.
