Unreliable customer service - due to a faulty zipper I had to exchange the bag. The process took very long with unreactive customer service. All communication is only via Instagram. a refund of shipping to send back the faulty bag was promised but never payed back. Very disappointing

I ordered a custom pram liner with matching foot muff and a pram caddy + change mat clutch. The quality is just outstanding, the liner and foot muff are just superb super soft and snuggle. The caddy and clutch are amazing, the workmanship is like no other they are both beautiful and look divine. It's hard not to buy everything they sell now!

This caddy is perfect for everyday use, it hangs off my redsbaby pram and fits everything I need for everyday outings. I manage to fit a bottle for feeding, nappies, wipes, dummies, my wallet, my keys, lip balm, nappy bags, a beanie, spare socks and a folded woolies shopping bag for emergencies. I get so many compliments about this bag, I love that it doesn’t look like a nappy bag and I’ll probably use it forever. Great investment :)

Love the amount you can fit in here! So handy with the long strap to wear as a bag to and from the car. Love the sage colour - highly recommend
