Scam!! They never delivered

I bought this in September and they still haven’t gotten it to me. Never sent me a shipping notification, won’t reply to my emails or messages on any platform. Don’t bother. I don’t even know how to go about getting my money back because they won’t even talk to me.

Zero customer service once they have your money. I sent my item back for a refund and they ignored all communications from me asking for an update on my refund which I’ve now been chasing for 6 weeks since Australia Post marked the item as being returned to the company! Buyer beware! Read Google reviews. I wish I had of before purchasing.

Great work/laptop bag!

I got this bag to use as a work bag due to the wide size being able to hold my keyboard and the ability to wear as a backpack.
It is absolutely amazing. Fits all my computer stuff comfortably and organised due to all the internal pockets.
Love the big handles that can be used on arm or shoulder and as a backpack when going further distances.
Definitely recommend!

Great nappy bag

I was given one of these bags for Christmas. It’s a good size (I’ve got twins), I can fit everything in one bag! Great quality. The only problem is that the button that hold the bag closed is not strong enough. It pops off every time I use it as a backpack, which is most of the time. The bag handle hits my head all the time when the top is open.
