I love how secure the pram caddy is, I can put my drinks in there without worrying they’ll spill at any moment! Plenty of room to fit all of my own things as well as babies/toddlers and love the zip to cover for extra security/peace of mind so my phone and wallet aren’t on view while walking around the shops. The extra strap purchased has come in handy for a strap my toddler can hold onto when she wants to walk independently. First day I went out with it on I had a lady compliment me and ask me where it’s from!!!

Unreliable customer service - due to a faulty zipper I had to exchange the bag. The process took very long with unreactive customer service. All communication is only via Instagram. a refund of shipping to send back the faulty bag was promised but never payed back. Very disappointing
